Questions people ask
Who runs this website?
BellyDancersDubai.com is a booking service for belly dancers, based in Dubai Marina. Every enquiry and booking made here is handled by our booking team in Dubai.
How do I check if a belly dancer is free on my date?
Send the date, the venue and the type of event on WhatsApp or through the quote form. The team checks who is free and replies with options.
Can I choose the dancer?
Yes. You get videos of the dancers who are free on your date and choose the one you like.
How long is a belly dance show?
A typical set lasts 10 to 15 minutes and is usually performed twice with a break. Extra sets can be added.
Can I book a group of dancers?
Yes. You can book a solo dancer or a group who perform a choreographed routine together.
Which styles can I choose?
Traditional Egyptian, Turkish Orientale or a modern fusion style. The music and costume colours are chosen to suit your event.
Can the dancer use props?
Yes. Veils, finger cymbals, swords and candles are the usual choices. Some need more space or the venue's approval.
How much space is needed?
A dancer can perform in a small space or on a stage. She needs a clear, flat floor in view of the guests.
Do I need to provide a sound system?
Not always. If your venue has one, the dancer's music plays through it. If not, the team can arrange sound, live musicians or a DJ.
How much does it cost?
A belly dance show usually costs AED 1,500 to AED 2,000. The exact price depends on the length of the show, solo or group, the date and the venue. The prices page explains each factor.
Do you cover Abu Dhabi?
Yes. The same team books belly dancers for events in Abu Dhabi.
